1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using abibuilder.com ("the Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
abibuilder.com provides a community platform for Arena Breakout: Infinite players to share and view weapon builds, guides, and related game information. The Website and its tools are provided "as is" and for informational and entertainment purposes only.
3. Intellectual Property and Official Collaboration
abibuilder.com operates in collaboration with the developers of Arena Breakout: Infinite (Morefun Studios / Tencent Games) to provide integrated community tools, loadout data, and official API-driven features. While we work together to enhance the player experience and bridge the community with the game client, all original in-game assets, brand logos, trademarks, and associated intellectual properties remain the exclusive property of Tencent Games and Morefun Studios.
4. User Conduct
Users are encouraged to share helpful and accurate loadouts and guides. We reserve the right to remove any content or ban any user that posts offensive, misleading, or malicious material. Furthermore, any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate the is_supporter role, or gain unauthorized access to premium features will result in a permanent ban from both our platform and our Patreon community.
5. User-Generated Content and Submissions
By uploading, submitting, or creating content on abibuilder.com (including but not limited to weapon builds, tactical guides, and custom loadouts), you grant abibuilder.com a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in any format or media.
You acknowledge that your submissions become a part of the platform's ecosystem, cannot be copyrighted against abibuilder.com retroactively, and the website reserves the right to feature, share, or remove this content at its sole discretion without any prior notice or compensation.
6. Subscriptions and Refunds
All premium subscriptions and supporter tiers are processed and managed entirely by Patreon. As we do not collect payments directly, any cancellations or refund requests must be handled through Patreon's systems. We do not have the authority or capability to issue manual refunds.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Our supporter perks (such as ad-free browsing) rely on Patreon's API and webhook services. In the event that Patreon's API or webhook servers experience downtime or fail to sync your status, you acknowledge that abibuilder.com cannot be held liable for any temporary loss of premium features.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
